Remembering Davy Jones

In memory of Davy Jones of the Monkees, who died of a heart attack this week at age 66, I put together a small pack of wordarts of Monkees songs that he sang lead on.  Since heart health is one of my concerns, I wanted to pay tribute to Mr. Jones.  Besides,  I may be showing my age, but most girls aorund my age would admit to having at least a little crush on Davy. (wink)  I liked him because he was short like me.  :)

  3. It appears there are quite a few people who remember and love the Davy Jones and the Monkees. I offered a link to your word art the link to a group in which I belong. We were writing our own remembrances of Davy Jones yesterday, so maybe it will lead to a few more scrappers discovering your site.

  5. Thanks for the great word art. I too was a Davy fan. Oh that accent. And those eyes. Oh, well, we're telling our age. Thanks, those words evoked great memories.
